About Us

I became an attorney for entrepreneurs because both of my parents are business owners. I spent my childhood helping them with their companies and seeing the day in and day-out grind entrepreneurs face, but also the joy and freedom that comes with owning a business. I act as not only a trusted advisor to entrepreneurs, giving them insight on legal matters, business strategy, and market considerations, but as a partner in the trenches.

Before starting my own practice, I worked at Latham & Watkins, representing Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms in complex mergers and acquisitions, as well as emerging companies in matters of formation and venture capital financing. And before that, I worked at a high-growth startup, helping source venture capital funding and create strategic partnerships.
